- Cancellations & Refunds: If you need to cancel your registration, please email us at admin@gallatincommunitygunclub.org. Refunds are available with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled class or event. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Gear Swap (Free Entry): Join us on Sunday, January 11th @ 12:00 PM for a community Gear Swap where members can buy, sell, trade, or donate gear and equipment in a safe, respectful environment. This event is an opportunity to pass along quality equipment you no longer need, find gear that fits your current activities, and connect with others about equipment selection, setup, and best practices.
Items may include (but are not limited to) firearm-related accessories such as holsters, belts, chest rigs, plate carriers, packs, medical gear, pouches, and apparel, as well as outdoor and adventure equipment including hiking, camping, climbing, backpacking, and preparedness gear. All transactions are private and between participants.
This is a no-firearms, no-ammunition event. Please ensure all items are clean, safe, and in good condition. GCGC reserves the right to restrict items that do not align with club safety standards or mission.
Whether you are building your first setup, refining existing gear, or transitioning equipment between activities, the Gear Swap offers a practical way to save money, reduce waste, and strengthen community knowledge and preparedness.
Participation Notice
By registering for a GCGC class or event, you acknowledge that:
- Participation is voluntary
- Some activities may involve inherent risks
- You are responsible for following all safety instructions
- A separate waiver may be required prior to participation
Completion of registration does not guarantee participation if safety, capacity, or eligibility requirements are not met.
Please do not bring your firearms or ammunition to this class.
