Help Build the Future of GCGC

As Gallatin Community Gun Club continues to grow, we’re building a Leadership Team to help guide our programs, events, classes, and community efforts, and we are looking for motivated, dependable, and dedicated people who want to take a more active role in GCGC.

You don’t need to be a firearms expert or an instructor to be a leader. We’re looking for people who believe in our mission, care about our community, and are willing to contribute their time, ideas, skills, and energy.

What Does Being Part of the Leadership Team Mean?

Leadership Team members will help:

  • Support the mission, goals, and continued growth of GCGC
  • Plan and coordinate events, classes, programs, and other activities
  • Help create a welcoming, inclusive, and safety-focused environment
  • Participate in discussions, planning, and organizational decisions
  • Communicate and collaborate with fellow leaders, instructors, volunteers, and community partners
  • Help ensure club equipment and resources are used responsibly
  • Identify concerns, challenges, and opportunities for the organization

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for people who are reliable, collaborative, community-minded, and ready to get involved.

Leadership Team members should be willing to communicate regularly, participate in meetings and planning when reasonably able, follow GCGC policies and safety standards, and represent the organization professionally and respectfully.

These are volunteer leadership positions, and we understand that everyone has jobs, families, school, and other responsibilities. We’re not looking for perfection or unlimited availability, we’re looking for people who are willing to show up, communicate, contribute, and work together.

Help Us Build What’s Next

GCGC was built around one word: community.

As we continue to expand our classes, events, outreach, and resources, we want more members of that community involved in shaping where we go next.

If you’ve been looking for an opportunity to become more involved with GCGC, bring new ideas to the table, develop your leadership skills, or simply help make our organization stronger, we’d love to hear from you.
